Terms & Conditions

  • Package is valid for stays in between 01/12/2023 until 29/02/2024
  • Package is only available on the hotel website
  • Children policy: Package can include 1 child up to the age of 12 years, using the same sleeping arrangements as the adult (1 king or 2 twin beds). Breakfast and a ticket for the child are also included in the package.
  • Packages need to be booked at least 3 days prior to the arrival date
  • Trams are required to book in advance and subject to availability:
    DURATION: The full circuit is 50 minutes, with tickets valid for one day.
    OPEN HOURS: 9am – 6pm daily. Last tram departs 1 one hour prior to closing.
    MINIMUM AGE: There is no minimum age but for safety reasons children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
    HOLIDAYS: The Tram does not work on Christmas day (25/12). It operates normal hours on New Years.
